Welcome to My Claim Sathi ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website (www.myclaimsathi.com) or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Nature of Services


My Claim Sathi provides independent health insurance claim review, claim eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, claim reconsideration support, grievance assistance and Insurance Ombudsman support.


We do not issue insurance policies, process claims on behalf of insurers, or guarantee claim approval or settlement.


2. No Guarantee


Our opinions are based on the documents and information provided by the client.


Final decisions regarding claim approval, repudiation, settlement or payment rest solely with the concerned Insurance Company, TPA, Insurance Ombudsman or any competent authority.


3. Client Responsibilities


The client agrees to:


Provide complete and accurate information.


Submit genuine and authentic documents.


Inform us of any material changes in the claim.


Cooperate during the review process.



Submission of false or fabricated documents will result in immediate termination of services.


4. Professional Fees


Professional fees are payable as communicated before commencement of the assignment.


Fees are charged for our professional time, expertise and claim assessment services and are not linked to the outcome of the claim.


5. Confidentiality


All client information shall be treated as confidential and used only for providing professional services, subject to our Privacy Policy.


6. Limitation of Liability


My Claim Sathi shall not be liable for:


Decisions taken by Insurance Companies or TPAs.


Delay by insurers or regulatory authorities.


Financial losses arising from rejection or delay of claims.


Any indirect or consequential damages.



7. Intellectual Property


All content on this website including text, graphics, logos and designs are the intellectual property of My Claim Sathi and shall not be reproduced without written permission.


8. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.


Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated in Thane, Maharashtra.
